Parish Council Meetings
Information about the parish council's meetings
The Parish Council meets at least six times a year, and the dates for the meetings for 2024-25 can be found by clicking Meeting Dates from the menu and they are also advertised in the Parish magazine. They are also advertised on notice boards in the parish at least three working days before the meeting. Minutes will be posted on this site once they have been approved by councillors at the next meeting.
All meetings are held in Pauntley Village Hall, in Brand Green (see map below), and members of the public are very welcome at these meetings. There is a public session at the start of each meeting, where comments from the public are invited. There is also an opportunity to participate in our Annual Parish Council Meeting each May, when you can hear about the work of the council over the year and see the accounts for the previous financial year.
