Trustee Meetings

The Pauntley Parish Council as Pauntley Village Hall Sole Trustee meet on the same dates as the parish council meetings. They are also advertised in the Parish magazine.  They are also advertised on notice boards in the parish at least three working days before the meeting.  Draft Minutes will be posted on this site and then show as approved by the Committee following  the next meeting once signed.

All meetings are held in Pauntley Village Hall (see map below), in Brand Green, and members of the public are very welcome at these meetings.  The meetings start at approximately 6.30pm but this will be shown on the Agenda and public notices.
